This is a firm, greek style cheese made with 100% Irish goat milk. It is pure white in colour with no moulds or skin. The texture of the cheese should be firm and smooth with small holes. As it is matured in brine, the taste should be creamy and mildy goaty with a salty bite. The cheese keeps its shape well and is suitable for a variety of salads and sandwiches.

Standard delivery charge is €10 per order for Ireland (inc. N. Ireland) by courier or An Post
Delivery Times
We only dispatch on Mondays* and Tuesdays.
*Outside of Irish bank holidays.
All orders received after 12 noon on a Tuesday will be dispatched the following week.
Delivery is 24-72 hours for the island of Ireland from the day of dispatch.

If you are sending a parcel to someone as a surprise, it is most important that you give us an address that you know they will be at eg a work address.
